Places outbound calls to new and existing customers offering and explaining Home Solutions services and providing relative information to coordinate appointments with select vendors.
- Contacts company customers by phone
- Delivers prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to complete home repairs
- Describe Home Solutions program, benefits, and incentives
- Responds timely to inquires via phone and email
- Identifies and overcomes customer objections
- Assists the policyholder through the repair process
- Follow up on initial contacts and secure repair photos and invoices
- Properly documents all customer interactions in data management system
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- 440 License with 1+ years of insurance experience preferred
- Must obtain 440 insurance license in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Sales experience a plus

4-40 Resident Customer Representative or 2-20 Resident General Lines
Must possess the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos as well as write simple correspondence. Must also be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must be proficient with the following: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
