The Frontline Insurance Internship Program gives participants a chance to experience our inventive, fun, and growing organization firsthand. Fast paced, friendly, responsible, and agile candidates can experience opportunities to refine their soft skills and have exposure to management and executives in a modern setting. Interns liaise regularly to collaborate and share experiences. Interns are assigned to a variety of departments based on operational needs. Departments that may participate include Accounting, Business Development, Claims, Home Solutions, IT, Underwriting or others. Must be a team oriented individual with positive attitude, high proficiency with technology, and ability to identify challenges and bring solutions to the table.

Essential Duties

• Varies by department
• Custom Research
• Perform In and outbound calls
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records
• Attend Company functions and networking events
• Assist with company initiatives
• Participate in one-on-one conversations with senior executives for the purpose of mentorship


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational and task management skills. Strong relationship management and proven experience delivering high level if internal and external customer service. Computer proficiency with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications. • Must be at least 20 years of age
• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.


Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to professionally execute excellent verbal and written communications. Ability to effectively present information in one-on- one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
