Provides clerical support for the Mailroom department by performing the following duties.
- Assemble and prepare for mailing all policy outputs, including new business and renewal packages, endorsement declarations pages, invoices, cancellation and nonrenewal notices.
- Attach applicable forms, endorsements, and other mailings as defined by Management.
- Execute proof of mailing requirements as defined by Management.
- Operate mail service equipment: postage, inserters, and sorters.
- Sort, distribute and collect US mail, USPS, and FedEx mail.
- Pick-up and deliver materials for special mailings.
- Inventory mailing supplies.
- Deliver company mail to the post office as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to professionally execute written communications. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
