• Seek, screen, develop and manage innovation projects.
• Create structures and vehicles for innovation to flourish within the organization.
• Elicit existing processes and procedures from internal departments for analysis, improvement and enhancement.
• Collect and incubate ideas for innovation from internal sources.
• Participate in and/or lead brainstorming and problem-solving workshops or “Google Sprints”.
• Assist the CIMO in the alignment of the department with corporate strategy.
• Constantly monitor innovation projects handed off to the operative business for efficacy and enhancement.
• Serve as product/project expert for enterprise inquiries.
• Prototype experimental solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to professionally execute excellent verbal and written communications. Ability to effectively present information in one-on- one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
