Solutions that make sense.
As a homeowner we only own a couple homes in our whole life. So when Elliott, a client, called me after they received Frontline’s Home Solutions inspection report saying that the fuse box needs to be updated, the hoses where the washer is attached are corroded, and other issues, I explained why.
“Well. they are trying to prevent your house from having any losses, and I think it’s extremely important.” Elliott asked “What would you do?” And I said, “It’s extremely important that you fix all of these things, because of their knowledge. You know, Frontline sees where the losses are day in and day out and they are helping you be preventative.” Right?
I think that’s how we look at it. We try to be preventative. And Frontline is willing to give you $400 towards fixing it. Why wouldn’t you want to fix it? What other insurance carrier is going to come out there and tell you that not only you should fix it, but we’re willing to help.
Elliott has that option now, and he is going to eventually have a zero deductible. Frontline understands that they are going to make it so good, make your house so secure, that they are willing to forgo the deductible. Elliott said, “Well that makes a lot of sense.”
